Alexis Kambeitz is an Environmental Biologist with Green Plan with an extensive regulatory background.
Before Green Plan, Alexis worked as the primary Water Act Compliance Officer for Alberta Environment, helping Applicants and stakeholders to address and resolve permitting and non-compliance concerns. Alexis has also worked as a Water Technologist for the AEP Water Act Approvals. She has a degree in Environmental Science from the University of Lethbridge with Agrologist in Training designation. She also holds an Environmental Science Diploma in Reclamation and Remediation from Olds College.
Alexis’ strong regulatory background is utilized to compile, submit and troubleshoot regulatory applications related to the Water Act, Public Lands Act and EPEA approvals, licences, amendments and transfers. She assists clients in resolving Non-Compliance concerns, to meet regulatory standards. When not working on regulatory projects she can be found in the field gathering environmental information to support permitting and approval applications. In this regard she is Green Plans inhouse expert on compiling organizing data that is needed to support regulatory applications and non-compliance orders.
